Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or BJJ, emphasizes taking opponents down in order to utilize specialized ground fighting techniques and submissions comprised of joint locks and choke holds. BJJ is the most effective form of self-defense. An experienced grappler can offset the advantages of a larger and stronger opponent by using technique, positioning, and mechanical strength.

Advanced Classes

This is a class to teach you the most important principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Drilling and repetition of dominant positions and submissions, to give you a more profound understanding of the most important building blocks of BJJ. There will also be introductions to some more intricate technical details which will allow you to improve your game.
This is a class for you to learn and practice the latest techniques such as; escapes, submissions, sweeps, competitions strategies, intense drilling, and more. This includes competition based grappling.

Kickboxing/Muay Thai

Our striking program includes a combination of Boxing, Kickboxing, & Muay Thai techniques. This is to increase your striking proficiency while sharpening your hand eye coordination and promoting exceptional fitness. Prospective students should not be intimidated by their current fitness level, as classes are designed to allow each individual to train and excel at their own pace. 



We do have Women's classes on Friday evenings! They are run by our resident brown belt, Danielle.
